How To Become A Christian

ADMIT that you have sinned. (Romans 3:23)
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." We all have to admit that we have not lived perfect lives. We have sinned and the Bible teaches that we must admit those sins to God and seek his mercy.

BELIEVE that Jesus Christ can save you. (John 1:12)
"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name he gave the right to become children of God." God knowing that we are sinners, provided forgiveness for us. He gave Jesus to pay for our sins by dying on the cross.

CONFESS Him as Lord of your life. (Romans 10:9)
"That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." It is not enough that Jesus died for sins. We must confess, or pray to God and ask him for forgiveness from our sins. It is a choice that each of us make ourselves as individuals. If you trust him God can forgive you and begin a great relationship with you. God's ultimate kindness toward us is found in Jesus Christ.
